Ever seen talking,
interactive ads portrayed in a futuristic sci-fi movie? Those are cognitive
ads; they’re smart and learn consumer preferences. They also allow consumers to
engage directly with brands or products. This increases overall engagement with
the ads and speeds up the consumer decision-making process.

will have a NOIZ wallet to keep track of, use and exchange their NOIZ tokens.

NOIZ v0.1 is currently being developed and will be launched on in the 4th quarter of 2018. This phase of the NOIZ platform release will allow select advertisers to create cognitive banner ads on the permissioned blockchain.
NOIZ v1.0 will launch in the 1st quarter of 2019. This version will allow select advertisers and publishers to signup and begin interacting with the ad network. Advertisers will be able to create cognitive banner ads; publishers will be able to incorporate NOIZ code into their websites and/or apps; and consumers will be able to interact with the cognitive banner ads. Ad space will be traded manually and all transactions will be recorded within the permissioned blockchain for internal auditing purposes. The cognitive ad will be improved from its v0.1 form as well.
NOIZ v1.1 will launch in the 2nd quarter of 2019. This stage is the closed Beta round and will allow consumers to receive and collect tokens through a NOIZ wallet. The cognitive ad will again be improved from it’s previous versions and advertisers, publishers and consumers will all be able to audit the permissioned blockchain. Additionally, an algorithm will automatically label the content of publisher sites and advertisements for the purpose of properly matching ads with publisher platforms. This will be reinforced by advertisers and publishers also having the ability to set criteria, in regards to what companies they are willing to work with.
NOIZ v1.2 will launch in the 3rd quarter of 2019. Ad space trading between advertisers and publishers will be done automatically in this version and consumers will have the ability to control access to personal data through decentralized applications (dApps). Community based consensus systems will also be set up to moderate advertisers and publishers.
NOIZ v2.0 will go live in the 4th quarter of 2019. This will be the public Beta phase and social impact organizations will be included to receive token rewards. The NOIZ ad exchange will also feature spambot protection through Run-time Execution and Passive Monitoring. The cognitive ad will also have new features available to advertisers.
TOKEN ALLOCATION
There will be a total of 400 million NOIZ tokens issued. They will be distributed amongst the Charitable Foundation, Founding Team, Community Growth, Advisors, Reserves, and Token Sale.
180,000,000 (45%) NOIZ tokens will be distributed during the Token Sale
60,000,000 (15%) NOIZ tokens will be kept as Reserves
8,000,000 (2%) NOIZ will be rewarded to community members through a
Community Growth program
32,000,000 (8%) NOIZ is set aside for the Advisors
40,000,000 (10%) NOIZ is held for Charitable Foundations participating
in the platform
80,000,000 (20%) NOIZ will be distributed among the Core Team members
